1. Turn on the cable stripper switch and the power indicator light will start using it.
2. Pay attention to the absence of obvious abnormal sounds on both the internal and external machines. If one of them is suspended and must be stopped, please ask maintenance personnel to determine whether repair is necessary.
3. Carefully selected knife: Operated by designated personnel, the blade support tool must be compared by hand. After the knife comparison is correct, manual testing must be used. First, turn off the power terminal machine, press the button, use a special wrench to shake the driven pulley terminal machine, press the stroke, and if the hand is not moving, then consider whether there is excessive pressure or other issues, check and debug it. Check and confirm that there is no need to loosen the locking screws accordingly.
4. Pay attention to charging: it is necessary to hit the terminal equipment, adjust the use of the feeding plate with the Hex key, so that the terminal can easily pass through, whether to send the appropriate position of visual materials, if not, adjust it, use the hexagonal wrench to loosen the locked screw feeder, adjust the rod that dynamically adjusts the screw diameter until it is better, then lock the machine to lock the screw, and start action.
5. Tensile testing machine: Well, when trying to print the scrap wire, the specific operation method of the "tensile test bench" is as follows: the main reference value is to reset the tension test zero key to zero, test the terminal wire clamp, and test. If the measured tensile force is not within the standard range, please ask the maintenance personnel to adjust it until it reaches the standard value.
6. The 10 pieces produced will be sent to IPQC for first article confirmation, which can be inspected and mass produced. During the production process, the terminal operator must check for any defects such as plastic bags and hanging, and conduct one terminal tensile test every hour.
