Service Purpose
Warranty Commitment:
1. Within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the product, if the performance of the machine itself fails, you can choose to return or exchange the product;
2. Within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the product, the machine itself may have performance faults and may choose to exchange or repair the product.
3. The product is warranted for 2 years from the date of shipment, excluding vulnerable parts (such as blades, rollers, belts, etc.);
4. During the warranty period, if any failure occurs due to equipment quality issues, the company shall bear the freight for free repair and replacement of parts (excluding vulnerable parts) returned for repair.
5. The equipment enjoys lifelong maintenance rights and we will provides lifelong online technical support.
